The ISA controlled lunar city, the first city ever built on another world. It serves as a transit port to the rest of the solar system. Because of the low gravity all TIII spaceships are departing from the Moon's surface.

Lunapolis is the largest domed city on the Moon. In the daytime the sphere functions as an enormous sunglass, absorbing the UV rays and dimming the strength of the sunlight.

In 2025, after the success of the first manned mission to Mars the first moonbase was built which would later become Lunapolis. The base grew steadily, first only accommodating scientists.

In 2031 the base became totally selfsufficient in terms of energy, food and water supply. In 2035 construction started on the dome which made a city the size of Lunapolis possible. In 2036 the dome was completed and the base was renamed Lunapolis, the first lunar city.
